It didn’t dawn on me just how much we have going on this summer until I sat down and started typing.

Since last season, we’ve been over extending ourselves with the ride updates. Facebook group, team website, team calendar, Strava group and team emails… just too much (kind of have to chuckle now that I think about it). And heaven forbid we forget one or three, catastrophe! And still people are somehow falling through the cracks. So please take a look at our Strava group for all ride updates and postings.

I HATE STRAVA! No worries, man. Just use a fake name, private / locked profile and join our Strava Group so you can see our ride posts. Super easy and private.

RIDE WITH GPS IS BETTER! Sorry, way more people we ride with use Strava. And more of them use Strava over our team email, website and FB. I have the data, trust me. And I tried to not rely on Strava either. Fail.

Need some more help? Head into Pops where Danny will be happy to help you. Or just reply to this message, or post a question on our Facebook group. We’ll be happy to help. Heck, just pop in on one of our group rides (Sundays 8:30 at pops) and we’ll be happy to help over coffee and bagels after.

NATIONALS THIS WEEKEND!

Somerset has a diverse contingent of 8 (so far) heading out to the Milwaukee area. Joe, Betty, Herman, Patrick, David Sharpe, Andrew Graves, plus my daughter Syd and I will be competing throughout the weekend.

NATIONALS STYLE SOMERSET SOCIAL RIDE: Looks like Sunday we have no one racing, so we’re working to get a social ride together at nationals. Loosen up, race chat and hopefully explore a local cafe. Friends welcome!

STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS AND TEAM WINE TASTING / PARTY

As you no doubt already know, we’re hosting NJ STATE TT AND EDDIE CHAMPIONSHIPS Saturday, July 12 at Federal Twist Vineyards. It’s a big event and will be a ton of fun. We’re having a team party (friends and competitors welcome) at the winery afterwards. 9am race so I’d expect 12pm party to be a safe guess. As always, expect gifts, swag, tshirts and more.
