For training this weekend, try and get out for some group riding. Sunday we have our social ride.
Today try and find/ride a group with a little spice!
If your on the trainer:
15 minute warm up build to zone 2
5 minutes 95% of ftp
5 minutes zone 2
Repeat 2 times.
45 minutes zone 2
10 minute cool down
